Our history, since 1978

Located in Elviria amidst the countryside, ROYFONTE stands as one of Andalusia’s finest dog residences. Not only renowned for its facilities and its location in the heart of the Costa del Sol, but also for our historical background and our champions.

We began breeding the Neapolitan Mastiff breed in 1978 under the Royfonte kennel name, achieving our first success with Spain’s champion in 1982 with the exemplary Astor.

José Miguel Roy, owner of ROYFONTE, is also a co-founder of the Neapolitan Mastiff Club in Spain, recognized as the leading Molosser Club in our country.

In addition to being an International Judge Specialist in Neapolitan Mastiffs, he is an International Judge of Spanish Mastiffs, International Judge of Dogo Canario, International Judge of Mastiff, and Bullmastiff.
